Data Deletion Instructions — Kaizen

Merchants

1. Remove the app: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Kaizen → Remove. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Kaizen → Remove.
2. Email a deletion request to firas@vaststore.co from an address linked to your account, naming the Page/account.

Customers of merchants

Email firas@vaststore.co with the name of the Page you messaged and your display name. We will delete your conversations and related data.

Timeline

We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep only what the law requires (e.g. financial order records).
